The staff was very nice and even accommodated my request for a room with a view of the Manhattan skyline. The location was safe and convenient, though the neighborhood seemed a little questionable. Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, our room had a great view of Manhattan and provided convenient storage for luggage.
